COVID-19 Policy

Cellular Detox Hub Pty Ltd is a wholesale distributor and online reseller of pre-packaged health food products. Our nucleotides (RNA / DNA food supplements) are manufactured at an ISO 22000 certified company in Switzerland for Nucleotide Nutrition Ltd (UK). As per EU standards, all precautions are taken by the manufacturer to ensure that the nucleotides are packaged safely against contamination. 

When the products arrive in Australia, the products are left intact and sealed. Any handling or packaging (in postage boxes, postage satchels, or carrier Kraft cylinders) by the Cellular Detox Hub staff is done with utmost care using protective equipment (PPE). We follow safety, hygiene, and disinfection protocols for any areas used in preparing items or mailers for shipping or delivery. 

We work with Australia Post and Sendle to get products to your doorstep. These companies have their own COVID-19 safety procedures in place. 

Should any of our staff be affected by `COVID-19, or be identified as a close contact, we will have to temporarily suspend all our operations for at least 14 days. During this time, please consider purchasing our products from our stockists.
